Uber Faces Legal Action In India Following Arrest Of Rape Suspect

 A suspect in the alleged rape of an Uber customer by her driver in New Delhi, India has been arrested. The man is named Shiv Kumar Yadav, and he will go before a New Delhi court on Monday, according to Reuters.
