Website Terms of Use

Last reviewedJuly 19, 2026

These Website Terms of Use govern access to 1010Computers.com and its public pages, forms, downloads, content, and links. They are separate from the Service Terms, written estimate, invoice, ticket, sale terms, warranty, or business agreement that applies to a specific service or purchase.

1. Acceptance and website purpose

1010Computers.com is owned and operated by 1010Computers, LLC. By using the website, you agree to these Website Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit information or use interactive website features.

The website provides general company, service, pricing, educational, scheduling, and contact information. It does not itself authorize repair work, replace a diagnostic, create a guaranteed appointment, or establish a final quote.

You must be legally able to agree to these Website Terms. A person using the website for an organization represents that the person has authority to act for that organization. A parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult is responsible for website use and service requests involving a minor.

2. Service, pricing, and content accuracy

1010Computers works to keep website content useful and current, but device condition, parts, availability, location, taxes, travel, required media, and service scope can affect pricing and timing. Published prices are starting or reference prices unless specifically identified otherwise.

The written estimate, approved service ticket, invoice, receipt, business agreement, and transaction-specific terms govern an actual service or purchase. Website content may be corrected or updated without advance notice. Search engines, AI systems, directories, and third parties may display summaries that are incomplete or outdated; verify important information on the current website or in your written service record.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful personal or business information and service requests. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, access another person's information, submit malware or unlawful content, impersonate another person, interfere with connected systems, scrape protected or nonpublic content, or use the website in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

Do not submit confidential client data, passwords, recovery keys, financial account information, protected health information, or other highly sensitive material through a public contact form. Use the 1010Client Portal or another secure method specifically provided for the service.

4. Requests, submissions, and electronic communications

Information you submit must be accurate, lawful, and limited to information you own or are authorized to provide. You remain responsible for the content, instructions, files, links, account details, and device information you submit and for maintaining copies of information you need.

You grant 1010Computers a limited right to use, reproduce, transmit, and store a submission only as reasonably needed to respond, operate the website, prevent misuse, document the request, or provide an authorized service. This limited right does not authorize public marketing use of private service content without separate permission.

Submitting a form, booking request, portal request, or electronic approval authorizes 1010Computers and its service providers to deliver related electronic records and service communications. A submission is not accepted as a guaranteed appointment, final quote, repair authorization, or completed transaction until confirmed in the applicable written record.

5. Content and intellectual property

The 1010Computers name, logo, original text, graphics, photographs, layout, and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to 1010Computers unless another owner is identified. You may print or save reasonable portions for personal reference or for managing your service relationship.

Commercial republication, misleading reuse, removal of ownership notices, or redistribution of protected material requires written permission. Product names, manufacturer marks, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

6. External links, portals, downloads, and remote tools

The website may link to the 1010Client Portal, scheduling, maps, payment services, remote-support downloads, manufacturers, suppliers, social networks, warranty resources, and other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security controls.

Download or run a remote-support tool only when instructed by an authorized 1010Tech and only for the approved session. Keep control of your account credentials and end the session when the authorized work is complete.

A link or compatibility reference does not mean 1010Computers controls, endorses, guarantees, or assumes responsibility for the third-party service, content, security, product, or transaction. You are responsible for reviewing the destination and its terms before use.

7. Website availability and disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its public content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without express or implied warranties concerning accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, security, or uninterrupted availability. 1010Computers does not guarantee error-free content, continuous availability of a link or download, or that public information will resolve a particular technology problem.

Do not rely on general website content as a substitute for a documented diagnostic, a security or data-recovery plan, manufacturer instructions, professional legal or financial advice, or emergency assistance. Service warranties and remedies are addressed in the written transaction record and Limited Warranty Policy.

1010Computers may correct, remove, restrict, suspend, or discontinue website content or features at any time for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or business reasons. The company is not responsible for an outage or delay caused by a hosting provider, carrier, utility, cyberattack, public emergency, force outside reasonable control, or third-party platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1010Computers and its owners, employees, contractors, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website use or inability to use the website, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, business interruption, device damage, or reliance on public content or a third-party link.

Website access is provided without a separate access fee. Except for responsibility that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited, any direct liability arising solely from website use is limited to the amount, if any, paid directly to 1010Computers specifically for that website access. Liability for a purchased product or authorized service is governed by the applicable transaction record, Service Terms, and Limited Warranty Policy.

9. Responsibility for misuse and website enforcement

You are responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful website use, unauthorized submission, infringement of another person's rights, malicious code, impersonation, or material violation of these Website Terms, except to the extent caused by 1010Computers' conduct for which responsibility cannot lawfully be limited.

1010Computers may block, suspend, preserve, investigate, or report website activity when reasonably necessary to protect users, equipment, records, systems, legal rights, or service providers; respond to suspected fraud or security events; enforce these terms; or comply with law or valid legal process.

10. Governing law and general provisions

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and a legal proceeding concerning the website must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in or serving Henry County, Georgia.

If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience. These Website Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable written transaction terms are the complete website-related terms and do not create rights for a third-party beneficiary.

11. Updates, questions, and applicable terms

These Website Terms may be updated as the website, services, risks, and legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively to website use after publication unless applicable law requires otherwise. Continued use after an update means the current Website Terms apply to that use, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
