This Service Includes:

A 1010Tech troubleshooting 1 PC/Apple laptop or desktop computer using a combination of expertise and tools. This service is billed on an hourly basis.

  • One-On-One time with a 1010Tech to help troubleshoot and resolve your issue(s)
  • Allocated time to ask any questions you may have for the 1010Tech regarding the issue(s) you are having
  • Test operating system for proper functionality
  • Real time and automated updates via e-mail
  • Instant copies of each signed document including repair form(s), invoice(s), quote(s), and receipt(s)
  • A written summary of your service call

*Mobile services are by appointment only and billed on an hourly basis

*1010Computers does not provide warranties for software repairs.

*All residential service calls are charged a minimum of $79.99; which is non-refundable and will be applied to the total cost of the service call. All commercial service calls are a minimum of $159.98 which will be applied to the total cost of the service call. This service is non-refundable.

*Each Mobile Service Call is a maximum of one hour in length and is scheduled on a first-come-first-served basis.  *Emergency, Same-Day, and After Hours service is available for additional fees. *If the problem is not resolved while your 1010Tech is on-site, we will provide recommendations for resolution. This may include bringing the device into the Repair Center for service. Pick up and delivery service is available for an additional fee. A diagnosis fee will be due at check-in.  *No refunds are permitted.
