Service details and important policies

White-label and co-branded support can extend another provider's coverage with local on-site work, overflow help desk assistance, repair-center service, deployment, documentation, or defined project tasks. The agreement establishes whose brand is presented, who communicates with the end client, how approvals work, and which party owns each responsibility.

Important service notes

Scope, access, and limitations

  • 1010Computers does not accept responsibility outside the written engagement or make commitments to an end client beyond delegated authority.
  • Credentials, confidentiality, privacy, data handling, insurance, travel, parts, third-party fees, and after-hours work must be addressed in the agreement.
  • Availability, capacity, response targets, and geographic coverage are confirmed for each contract; no work is unlimited.

Clear authorization

Your written business service record

Findings, estimates, approvals, work notes, invoices, and follow-up remain connected to the correct request through the 1010Client Portal. A business contact with appropriate authority should approve scope, access, purchases, and material changes in writing.

Transaction-specific terms

The approved scope controls

Published descriptions explain available service categories. The written estimate, approved ticket, proposal, statement of work, managed-service agreement, and invoice define the authorized deliverables, charges, service windows, exclusions, and responsibilities for a specific engagement.
