Current business service rates
Choose the service and response level that fits the business need
Hourly support rates are organized by service mode and response priority. Project-based services require a written estimate or proposal because equipment, travel, access, vendors, risk, and implementation requirements vary by organization.
Rates were reconciled against the 1010Computers service catalog and recent commercial service records. The approved estimate and service ticket confirm the final response tier, minimum, scope, and total.

What to confirm before the appointment or project begins
Minimum billable time
The company evaluation and all onsite response tiers have a two-hour minimum. Commercial remote support has the minimum shown on the applicable service card.
Travel and extended area
Standard mobile coverage is within 10 miles of the McDonough repair center. Extended-area travel, parking, tolls, and special access requirements are quoted when applicable.
Written authorization controls
Parts, materials, third-party services, added time, and work outside the original request require the applicable estimate or client authorization.
Priority and emergency appointments depend on technician availability and advance confirmation. Onsite reservation payments are non-refundable and permit one reschedule when at least one business day of notice is provided; the replacement appointment must occur within six months and before the end of the current calendar year. Additional onsite time is due while the technician is onsite. Review the approved service ticket and current Service Terms & Conditions for the complete transaction-specific terms.
