Former Adobe exec, now Apple’s VP of Technology, Kevin Lynch, took the stage this morning at the Apple Watch event in Cupertino to demonstrate several of the forthcoming Watch applications that will be available for the device at launch. Apple’s iOS 8.2 update has now been made official by the company, as it brings support for the upcoming Apple Watch. 8.2 will bring the Apple Watch companion app, and will offer a number of other new features besides building in support for communicating with Apple’s wearable.
Apple CEO Tim Cook offered a quick update this morning on the rapid growth of Apple Pay.
