New to our array of services is Remote Support Session (RSS). This allows us a one-time remote access to your computer. Once the session has begun, we can resolve many of your problems and see exactly what you see as if we were in front of the computer with you. If you want your problems resolved from the comfort of your home, the RSS is for you. We now have the convenience of assisting you with most software issues, without you having to leaving the comfort of your home — and with increase completion time.

This Service Includes:
- A 1010Tech troubleshooting 1 laptop or desktop computer via remote support tools
- The 1010Tech will resolve as many problems as you may have through the session
- A verification that your issue is resolved prior to termination the RSS
*Each RSS is a maximum of one hour in length. *This service is only available for Broadband internet services. Dial-up is not permitted. *If the problem is not resolved through RSS, the cost of the session goes toward your repair. *No refunds are permitted.
