What to expect
- Open a ticket describing the affected user, computer, symptoms, urgency, and business impact.
- The user authorizes the connection and remains available during the session.
- The 1010Tech completes the approved work and records results.
- Additional time, licensing, repair, or a different service path is quoted when required.

Scope, access, and limitations
- Remote access cannot resolve no-power, physical-damage, cabling, some network, or other issues that require hands-on testing.
- The business is responsible for authorized access, credentials, internet availability, licensing, and employee permission.
- Sessions, included time, response targets, and escalation depend on the approved request or written plan; support is not unlimited.

Findings, estimates, approvals, work notes, invoices, and follow-up remain connected to the correct request through the 1010Client Portal. A business contact with appropriate authority should approve scope, access, purchases, and material changes in writing.
