Service details and important policies
The assessment establishes a reliable starting point before a project, support plan, or major technology decision. A 1010Tech reviews the available workstations, users, network, internet connection, backups, security practices, business email, software dependencies, and other systems that affect daily operations. The resulting recommendations distinguish immediate risks from planned improvements and optional future work.
