  2. The reservation is confirmed after required prepayment and appointment details are complete.

  4. Additional time, parts, or repair-center work requires approval under the written ticket.

Important service notes

Scope, access, and limitations

  • The standard mobile service area is within 10 miles of the McDonough repair center. Locations outside that area require an extended-service quote based on distance and travel time.
  • Mobile reservations and applicable service payments are non-refundable under the current appointment policy. One reschedule may be available when the required advance notice is provided through the ticket.
  • Payment for approved time beyond the prepaid minimum is due while the technician is on-site. The written reservation and current service terms control.

Clear communication

Your written service record

Updates, findings, estimates, approvals, declines, invoices, and pickup notices are documented through the secure 1010Client Portal. Please reply in writing when approval or additional information is requested so the complete service history remains connected to the correct ticket.

Before work continues

The written scope controls

Published service information is a starting point. Device condition, parts, access, data needs, and test results may change the recommended scope. The written estimate and approved service ticket define the authorized work, charges, timing, and transaction-specific terms.
